Márta Hoffmann is the CEO of TNS Hoffmann since January 2011 following the recent merge of TNS Hungary and Research International Hoffmann. After a career as a communication researcher and sociologist, she started working as a market researcher in 1989. Márta is a qualitative researcher regularly presenting and applying quantitative methodologies and has been involved in thousands of projects working for a long list of key multinational clients over the last decade in Hungary and abroad. In addition to being the CEO, she spends her time consulting clients, running internal and external training sessions for clients and staff, developing new methods and adapting new approaches. She has chaired the Hungarian Market Research Society for 8 years and been the representative of ESOMAR in Hungary for 6 years.

Tatiana Barakshina has 8 years hands-on experience in international market research and has been a lecturer and professional trainer in market research for 4 years. She has designed and implemented complex market segmentation projects in Europe, CIS and Middle East and collaborates with several Russian publications such as op Leader Journal, DelovojKvartal, the FederalPress and UralPolit.ru

Małgorzata is a market research professional who has gained broad experience working for FMCG producers in Poland including Unilever and Nestlé.Currently she is managing the Consumer Insight & Market Intelligence Department at Nestlé Polska and is responsible for providing businesses with consumer and market insights. She was educated at the – University in Szczecin (Poland, Slavonic institute) and did her postgraduate studies at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland (Market Research Methods) and at High School of Economics in Warsaw (Management). She is a member of ESOMAR and PTBRiO (Polish Society of Market Researchers) and is a fan of consumers and new ways of looking for consumer insights & consumer communication.

Dominika Maison has been involved in market research since 1990. For many years she worked as a freelance market researcher and later became market research consultant. In 2005, she set up her own market research company – Dom Badawczy Maison – specializing in qualitative research with a focus on motivational research relating to conscious and unconscious motivations and barriers of consumer attitudes and behaviors. For 8 years she served as the President of the Polish market research organization (PTBRiO) and has since 2010, served as the ESOMAR Representative for Poland.

Annelies Verhaeghe is the Division Manager of InSites Consulting Romania. In addition to the daily operations in Romania, she is a Senior Manager at the ForwaR&D lab department of InSites where she is responsible for innovation. She has an interest in consumer insights and neo-observational research techniques such as multimedia ethnography & social media netnography. Annelies won the ESOMAR Young Researcher of the year Award in 2009 and has been a regular speaker at ESOMAR and other market research events and has several publications in academic and trade journals.
