Reg Baker is President and Chief Operating Officer of Market Strategies International, a US-based research company specializing in healthcare, information technology, financial services, telecommunications, and energy utilities. Throughout his career he has focused on the methodological and operational implications of new research technologies including CATI, CAPI, WEB, and mobile. He writes and presents on these and related issues to diverse national and international audiences and blogs off and on as thesurveygeek. He is active in a number of national and international research professional and trade organizations including ESOMAR, the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR), and the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO). He has twice chaired the ESOMAR Online Conference, has published in Research World and participated in task forces to develop guidelines for both mobile and online research. He chaired the AAPOR Online Panels Task Force and is a member of the ESOMAR project team responsible for the ESOMAR 26 Questions.

Betty is currently Founder & CEO, Research Through Gaming, UK. Previously UK Account Manager for Netherlands based software company ‘Nebu’. Betty also has qualitative and quantitative project management experience derived from working for MR agencies and Panel Suppliers in the past. Betty has contributed to the CASRO 2011 Online Research Conference as a speaker on 'Research Through Gaming' and has also spoken on this subject at the 'Gaming and MR Event' for NewMR. She has also participated in the NewMR Virtual Festival by designing its logo, being part of the Advisory Board and contributing to the conference with her paper on 'I'll Facebook U Yeah? Modern Communication and Evolving with the Times'. Betty believes strongly in creativity, pushing the boundaries and 'research on research' within MR and technology.

Henning leads Affinnova’s brand management, public relations, advertising and social media marketing efforts. A noted blogger for Vovici, he has already set up a new blog for Affinnova called Innovation Evolved. In 1993 Jeffrey co-founded Perseus Development Corporation with Rich Nadler to deliver "Customer Satisfaction in a Box", automating market research through software applications. In 2006, Perseus was sold to Austin Ventures, which purchased WebSurveyor and merged the two companies into Vovici Corporation. At Vovici, Jeffrey’s goals were to popularize the concept of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and to grow the company into one of the 200 largest software firms (they are already in the top 500).

Dave King is a technology entrepreneur with early experience in large organizations like Hewlett Packard. He has applied the skills and lessons learned and implemented the choice processes and techniques in a number of entrepreneurial ventures and most recently as re-structuring consultant for a number of private and public organizations. He has been an advisor or board member to a number of technology ventures. Previously CEO of Techneos Systems Inc. based in Vancouver Canada. Currently Executive VP of Confirmit Mobile Solutions.

Guy joined Kantar in 1998 and took up his current role focused on Mobile in 2008 and is currently responsible for the mobile strategy of the Kantar group. He has overseen the development of Kantar systems to enable mobile research and continues to spearhead the exploration of emerging technologies and techniques. Guy also facilitates group-wide collaboration and fosters collective learning, acting as both mobile evangelist and knowledge hub; he works closely with researchers to help them fully explore and exploit the product potential. Prior to joining Kantar Guy completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture at the University of Kent.

Prof. Dr. Niels Schillewaert is Professor of Marketing at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and Managing Partner and Director of ForwaR&D Lab at InSites Consulting, a full service online market research company. He has been an ESOMAR member since 2006 and recently served as the ESOMAR Belgian Representative for two years. Niels holds a Masters in Marketing and Ph.D. in Applied Economics and serves as an ISBM Research fellow at Penn State University. Niels was recently elected as an ESOMAR Council Member for the 2011/2012 term.
