Conference registration includes:

• Entrance to all sessions and exhibition area (on the day(s) of your choice)
• Entrance to the welcome reception
• Conference papers in a digital format
• Lunch, refreshment breaks and networking drinks

Workshop registration includes:

• Entrance to the session(s) on the day(s) of your choice
• Binders for workshop(s)
• Coffee breaks and lunch

Are you a Graduate & Young Professional?

You are eligible to register under the Graduate & Young Professional registration plan at a flat rate of EUR 500 for ESOMAR member and EUR 720 for Non-Member, to attend the conference.

A Graduate & Young Professional:

• Is under 30 years of age.
• Has 3 or less years of full time work experience.

Applications will be denied if the applicant for the registration plan does not meet the conditions specified. ESOMAR reserves the right to close the registration at any time and to deny applications received after this date.

Please note that you can be asked to submit further proof of meeting the conditions specified above and that you will need to present identification at the registration desk at the conference.

Promotions and conference registrations cannot be combined with any other ESOMAR promotion, campaign or conference registration type. Review ESOMAR’s cancellation policy before submitting your registration.

Are you an academic?

You are eligible to register under the Academic registration plan at a flat rate of EUR 720 for the conference when:

• You are working full-time in the higher education sector as a researcher or teacher.

Applications for the Academic registration plan are subject to approval from ESOMAR. Please note that you can be asked to submit further proof of meeting the conditions specified when applying for the Academic registration plan. Review ESOMAR’s cancellation policy before submitting your registration.

Are you Stand personnel?

You are eligible to register under the Stand personnel registration plan at a flat rate of EUR 500 for the conference.

Stand personnel may be registered for exhibiting companies, and have access to the exhibition, lunch and networking areas only.
