ESOMAR Legal Affairs Committee

Developing credible public affairs policies to defend and promote the market, social and opinion research sector requires a range of voices and expertise from across the industry. ESOMAR has therefore set up a Legal Affairs Committee of industry experts. The Committee will ensure that ESOMAR develops well–targeted policy messages aimed at key stakeholders, the European Commission and other regulatory authorities across the globe. The Legal Affairs Committee will report to ESOMAR’s Professional Standards Committee which is responsible for drafting the ICC/ESOMAR International Code and other guidelines to provide a framework for international self regulation of the research sector.
