ESOMAR regularly calls upon the expertise and advise from industry experts to develop specific activities and act as a think tank for the initiative.
Talking to academia
The initiative includes activities specifically aimed at academics and business schools, raising awareness of the transformations that market research is currently undergoing. This empowers the academic world to transmit the message to their students; the future managers.
Talking to business
In a recent qualitative survey, client side researchers said that ESOMAR should take a leading role in developing the links between academia and business, creating awareness of how to build marketing and market intelligence (MI) teams, and optimise their performance.
