Arleen is the Director of Experience Planning and New Products Development research, Consumer Insights and Intelligence (CII), Mobile Device business, Motorola, Inc. Illinois. Her research team is primarily responsible for designing and executing market research that define compelling consumer experiences, explore new business opportunities, and evaluate the strength of the portfolio of mobile devices.
Arleen has spent most of her market research career managing multi-country research and has carried out studies in over 50 countries. Most recently, she is spending more time in understanding the needs of consumers in emerging markets like India, China, Brazil, and Russia. Prior to joining Motorola, Arleen was Vice President of ACNielsen International (now owned by VNU) in New York and Chicago.
