Consumer & Customer Research Manager Europe, Mars

Beate Waibel-Flanz has started her professional career in 1991 after graduating in Business Administration with the principle subject of Market and Opinion Research at the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim, Germany. Being dedicated to understanding the consumer, her career steps led her to different market research positions with both, national and European responsibilities: Starting with Kraft Foods in Bremen where she stayed till 1994, she then moved on to Cosmopolitan in Cologne, the perfume division of the Wella AG. In 1998 she joined Mars Petcare in Verden, taking diverse roles in the European Consumer & Customer Research Department, her latest position being Dog Category Planning Manager in Europe.
