Grooming talent in schools to extend the reach of Market Research

Abstract

This is a case-study which addresses some of the challenges that Market Research encounters in terms of Talent Management. It illustrates how creative solutions can overcome difficult challenges. It examines a unique methodology to use schools as hubs and school students as field personnel to capture data in Market Research, particularly in situations where it is not possible to collect data - either due to cost constraints, issues of reach or safety issues.
