Abstract

In February 2007, Aprille Byam, Research Manager for Eastman Kodak's Consumer Digital Group, set out to connect with the company's inkjet target market and find out what really makes them tick. Eastman Kodak teamed with Vision Critical to create Print Rave, an online destination that integrated user communities into Vision Critical's Web 2.0 system used to conduct real-time online research. Vision Critical has over 200 leading brands using their technology to run their own panels. Our presentation will provide the learnings from these client run panels, reveal new research ground that is being uncovered and a case study presentation by Eastman Kodak who will give insight into how the panel is addressing business challenges.
