Effective communication through market research

Fábio & André

Abstract

Traditionally, pharmaceutical companies can find barriers to give their message to consumers, like government restrictions and high costs for DTC campaigns. But, it’s possible to use the media and journalists as allies for this purpose.

The paper (a case study from colorectal cancer in Brazil) encourages researchers to think in different ways to communicate efficiently their messages and brands, showing how to make an effective communication through market research.
