Frank M. Kelly
Managing Director, TNS European Access Panels, The Netherlands
Mr. Kelly is currently the Managing Director of the TNS 6th dimension Access Panel business in Europe, based in Amsterdam. From early 2005 to January 2007, Mr. Kelly was based in New York and was responsible for U.S. product marketing initiatives and business development activities for TNS 6th dimension and he also was responsible for the Worldpanel business in North America.
Prior to TNS Mr. Kelly spent 13 months at Greenfield Online in Wilton, Ct where he was responsible for Marketing and Strategy. While at Greenfield Online, the company held very successful initial and secondary public offerings.
From 1990 to 2003, Mr. Kelly held numerous positions at the Nielsen Company. For five years, Mr. Kelly was the Vice President of Global Marketing for Consumer Research based in New York and Brussels. Mr. Kelly also held research and marketing positions for Nielsen in Toronto, Canada and Santa Ana, California. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kelly worked for the Colgate Palmolive Company and Sherwin Williams.
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston where he obtained his MBA and Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administation.
