She began her studies in the high schools Victor Hugo and Saint Louis. Then, she entered the National School of Statistics and Economics where she graduated as engineer in statistics and economics.
At the very beginning of her career, she was in charge of researches within BIPE (information and economic forecasts). The year after, she started working within SOFRES (market research Company) as an engineer, and first became head of a department, then Co-director of the company. Later, she was the chairman of BVA (opinion and market polls). In 1985, as Médiamétrie was funded, she became its Chief Executive Officer. Furthermore, she received the high distinction of chevalier de la légion d’honneur.
During her spare time, she enjoys travelling and drawing. She is also keen on piloting, and likes collecting antique toys.
