PhD in Food Science (Paris VII – Paris XI – ENSIA university) dedicated to Sensory Descriptive Methodology.

Lecturer since 1988 to various research institutes (ENSIA Massy, ISAA Paris, ESC Toulouse, ISIPCA Versailles, Tours university, Rennes Agrocampus,…)  and consultant in sensory methodology for private food and cosmetic industries.

Author of more than 65 papers in sensory science.
