Jill Gregson

Senior Global Insights Manager Novartis Pharma, Switzerland

Jill currently holds the position of Senior Global Insights Manager at Novartis Pharma in Basel Switzerland. She is responsible for international primary market research for all stakeholders including, consumers, healthcare professionals, caregivers and payers.

She has worked client side in healthcare for 6 years holding positions at both Novartis and Hoffmann la Roche, gaining broad experience across a range of indications in both specialist and general medicine markets.  She has used methodologies across all stages of the product life cycle from early stage through to launch brands.

Jill worked for a number of years on the agency side, primarily in the UK where her key areas of expertise were media, social and public policy research.  Her latter agency days were spent in the international healthcare sector.

An area of special interest is increasing the role that consumer insight can play in the healthcare sector.
