Kevin King

Senior Manager, Communications Intelligence, Philips Consumer Lifestyle Sector, USA

Kevin King is currently responsible for Philips Consumer Lifestyle Communications Intelligence. In this role, he is responsible for all global qualitative and quantitative advertising research, including campaign development, copy testing, and campaign evaluations. As advertising campaigns are becoming more complex, Kevin utilizes a broad range of tools both to develop more relevant and meaningful consumer campaigns as well as in understanding their effectiveness.

Prior to working with Philips, Kevin has also an extensive consumer insights background. He worked for a number of years for NIKE, Inc. the athletic footwear company, in both brand marketing and consumer insights. His passion is to develop the "aha" moment-of-truth, so that consumer communications truly resonates with the end consumer. Kevin has also worked with Amazon.com in on-line marketing and also served as the Research Director for Waggener Edstrom Strategic Communications, Microsoft's agency of record for strategic communications and public relations.
