He holds a PhD in Marketing, speaks and writes regularly for international conferences and journals such as Ama, Arf, ESOMAR, Womma, Marketing Science, Admap, JAR, on the topic of innovation, website effectiveness, social media, new trends in marketing. He is regularly quoted in the international press such as NY Times, IHT, Les Echos, La Tribune, etc.
He is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Université of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas and a research fellow of Laboratoire Inseec. He sits on the Esomar board, the world research professionals association, and was on the first elected Board of Directors of Womma, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association.
