Fergal O’Neill is a Senior Marketing Research Manager with more than 15 years experience in quantitative and qualitative market research in FMCG on agency and client side.
Before leading the Shopper & Consumer Insights team within the Global Customer Engagement Unit at British American Tobacco International, Fergal has worked with IMS & Nielsen in the UK on the agency side and Japan Tobacco International Switzerland on the client side.
In his present role, Fergal is responsible for driving the continual discovery of relevant and value adding consumer, shopper & market insights, which will infuse a deep understanding of consumers into the BAT marketing & customer engagement teams and contribute to the sustainable growth of BAT brands.
Fergal currently resides in Switzerland.
