As a Consumer Insight Senior Associate in General Mill's Latin America and South Africa division, Samanta K. Paulino is responsible for competitive intelligence, local brands and to develop overall research plans for these brands.

Prior to General Mills, she worked as a Manager, Demand-Side Consumer and Enterprise Insights for IDC's Latin America being responsible for research and project management for IDC’s demand-side studies among enterprises and consumers as well as for the IDC Latin America Call Center based in Brazil.

Ms. Paulino has also coordinated focus groups for sectors such as, healthcare, telecom, consumer packaged goods, and finance. She received her PostGraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM, holds a Bachelor Degree in Advertising from Methodist University and a Marketing Communications Specialization from University of California Irvine.

Portuguese is her native language and she is also fluent in English and Spanish.
