Good quality, good business
Six degrees of online quality
Mark Walton, Jon Briggs, TNS, Hong Kong SAR
Some panels are good and some are not so good, but there is no such thing as the perfect panel and even if there were it wouldn’t have real people with real conversations.
This paper challenges current thinking which tends to atomise the research process to a direct relationship between panel and data quality. We don’t just need de-humanised numbers and samples. It will move beyond current permission thinking to look at the consequences of the emerging engagement discourse.
We will present a six point framework for quality both now and into the future developed by adapting to various local market conditions and leveraging that best practice at the global scale.
