Steve Cohen specializes in the design of research, the analysis of marketing data, and the application of marketing science tools to the solution of business problems. He has conducted studies of consumer and business-to-business products and services around the world. Steve is an expert in designing custom research for understanding customer decision-making, market segmentation, brand positioning, and customer satisfaction.
Since April 2002, Steve has been working as an independent consultant in the marketing research field, applying his skills to a variety of industries and problems. In late 2006, Steve formed In4mation Insights with two partners: Thomas Eagle and Mark Garratt.
Most recently, Steve was Senior Vice President at Knowledge Networks (April 2000 – February 2002), where he served for almost two years as General Manager of the Boston office, Head of the firm’s Marketing Science practice, and as a member of the firm’s senior management team.
