George Pappachen is Director, Market Development and also Director, Privacy & Public Policy at Safecount (a WPP company). George plays a leading role in the area of new product development and emerging market solutions, with a recent focus on the mobile platform. George regularly works with leading media companies, agencies, and advertisers on marketing, brand, and advertising research projects. George is a graduate of the University of Florida, is a licensed lawyer and holds membership in various cross-industry associations such as the Mobile Marketing Association, IAB Public Policy Council and New York State Bar Assocation.
Kara Manatt

Kara Manatt presently serves as Director, CrossMedia Group, Dynamic Logic (a Millward Brown Company). Kara has been instrumental in the development of Dynamic Logic's mobile ad effectiveness product and also manages research for the company's full suite of custom solutions. Along with the crossmedia and mobile platforms, Kara's core competency includes deep expertise in the industry segments of automobile, entertainment, and pharmaceuticals. Kara holds a Masters of Arts in social psychology from San Francisco State University.
