Márta Hoffmann


Márta Hoffmann dr. is one of the founders and owners of Research International Hoffmann, Hungary established in 1997.

After a career as a communication researcher and sociologist she started working in market researcher in 1989.  Márta is a qualitative researcher regularly presenting and applying quantitative methodologies as well. She has been involved in thousands of projects working for a long list of key multinational clients over the last decades in Hungary and abroad. As the Strategic Development Director of the company she spends most of her time consulting clients, running internal and external training sessions for clients and staff, developing new methods and adapting new approaches.

She has chaired the Hungarian Market Reseach Society for 8 years. Currently she is the National Representative of Esomar in Hungary.

She is qualified in economics and aesthetics/sociology of art. She wrote her PhD related to advertising, applying a semiotic approach, analysing visual content. She is the author of several marketing and research related publications and presentations and the co-author of the only practical Hungarian language market research textbook. Márta regularly lectures at various universities and high schools.

ISTVAN KOZARI


Istvan has been responsible for Initiative’s digital business since 2006. He has significant experience in online and digital advertising as well as developing complex web communication strategies for advertisers in diverse sectors. He is one of the greatest fans of new technologies and innovative digital media solutions.
Istvan has broad experience in communication channel planning. He takes a special interest in, and was formerly Initiative’s lead in, media and marketing research.
Before moving to the digital advertising, Istvan worked as a media planner for Initiative, joining the company in 2001. Working in several client service groups he gained experience in various markets. He handled the Unilever account for several years and gained experience as a consultant to Initiative’s regional office in Zagreb, Croatia. Istvan graduated as an economist in 2000 and started his career at Unilever Hungary.
