Vibhas Ratanjee is a senior Principal Consultant for Gallup in the Asia-Pacific region based in Singapore. Since joining Gallup in 2001, Ratanjee has been an integral part of Gallup’s employee and brand & customer engagement consulting team in Asia Pacific, focused on developing, refining, and enhancing ways to measure and manage workplace and customer conditions that link to crucial business outcomes. During his time with Gallup India and now, Gallup South East Asia & HK, Ratanjee has consulted with more than 50 organizations across the Asia-Pacific region and in the United States in the areas of customer and employee engagement and brand management. His consulting insights help Gallup’s client companies to unleash their greatest asset — their human potential. His client portfolio spans the financial services, telecom, retail and pharmaceutical industries and includes global organizations.
During the past few years, a major focus of his work has been quantifying the business impact of human potential, and he lectures frequently on management issues at industry forums in the Asia-Pacific region. He writes regularly for several management publications including the Gallup Management Journal (http://gmj.gallup.com).
Prior to Gallup, Ratanjee spent seven years with various consulting and research companies working in areas of brand research, customer and service quality management, employee engagement and customer engagement. Most recently he served as a Senior Consultant with CSMM - IMRB (Walker Information), a global Stakeholder Management consultancy in New Delhi, India. Ratanjee received his bachelor’s degree in Business from Delhi University and Masters Degree in Advertising and Marketing from Indian Institute of Mss Communication, New Delhi, India.
