Hartmut Kiock and Werner Hampf are two of the very few globally operating investment consultants who are specialized in advising market research agencies on corporate transactions like Joint Ventures and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Werner Hampf co-founded ‘Kiock Hampf & Partners’. Before that, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a Global Top Ten MR company for ten years. After its acquisition he continued as CFO/Europe for the new US based owner. In both capacities Mr. Hampf has – in tandem with Dr. Kiock – managed numerous acquisitions throughout the world.
