Research leaders at the WIN meeting, held in Amsterdam on 12 and 13 May, agree that raising international quality and standards are of common concern to the industry; clients need a way to assess potential agency partners and outsourcing to low-cost countries is on the rise and clear processes need to be in place to ensure the quality of data.
