ESOMAR Membership Mark

As the industry and the membership continue to grow, it is our aim to offer a means of easy recognition among members and within the wider marketing and research world. Your ESOMAR Membership Mark is linked to a dedicated section of the ESOMAR website in which the members validation can be consulted. Only members have the right to access the full online members search (to exchange contact and to network with ESOMAR members). This way you can signal to all your business partners that you are committed to the highest standards of professional practice and that you deliver or expect research excellence that supports effective decision-making.

Further benefits of your ESOMAR Membership Mark:

  • The quality assurance represented by the ESOMAR Codes and Guidelines
  • An assurance of shared values and professional ethics within a worldwide membership organisation
  • Strengthened corporate image in competitive marketplaces
  • Reassurance and a check for new business contacts
  • New possibilities for networking, knowledge building and exchange

Testimonials

As an agency researcher working internationally, I would think I was looking to demonstrate my professional credentials to potential clients and to do that on an international platform, rather than as just a member of the UK’s Market Research Society. The Code of Conduct … gives legitimacy to all that we do and can often be used in awkward situations with internal clients – and respondents – to explain why we do things in the way we do – or, more likely, why we cannot do what they would like us to do.

Keith Bailey, Senior Research Adviser, Passenger Focus, UK
