A bit more about Abhishek
I have an engineering background, which I supplemented with management skills. After graduating, I went on to specialize in database administration and received an Oracle certified professional certificate. I handled database projects of varying complexity during my short tenure with Clairvoyant Technologies, after which I chose to do a marketing and operations management course. This gave me the basic principles for running and managing a business and helped me to understand the variables which effected business. During the course of this program, I was shortlisted for a 5 months internship with the marketing research department of Lintas India Pvt. Limited. I was sent to a distant location to diagnostically study a small and medium scale industrial sector to study their credit worthiness. This meant studying various issues related to small and medium scale industries. Increasing costs of energy make these SMEs idle candidates to implement environmentally sound technologies. Energy efficient technologies can improve energy efficiency and, implemented en mass in SME sector, have the potential to considerably reduce energy wastage savings costs. My skills lie in understanding the behavior of variables and I intend to develop a career in research to contribute to the understanding of processes and systems.
