Steve Hamilton-Clark

Steve is CEO of TNS for the Middle East & North Africa region. He has over 20 years of marketing research management experience, with the last 15 years in the Middle East. Born in Dubai, Steve was educated in Canada and France, gaining a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa. Fluent in French, He has an international perspective with a specialist Middle East focus.

His current area of interest is in developing products and services to help clients better understand and connect with local consumers in winning marketing strategies. Steve was instrumental in leading TNS to support and invest in a series of locally developed consumer connection initiatives including: TNS Arab As A Consumer Programmes (2001, 2002 & 2010), TNS Al Taqqarub Programme and TNS Al Tawaasul (both consumer connection philosophies to marketing research), as well as setting up the first Female Research Centre in Saudi Arabia.

Tarek Ammar

Tarek Ammar has over 18 years of research experience, mostly in the GCC region. Co-founder of ARA Research & Consultancy since 2002 and Regional Director of GfK Media Research Middle East since 2006, Tarek has created research modules for customer tracking and performance assessment that are used by car manufacturers such as Ferrari, Nissan, Renault, Peugeot and other renowned companies. Tarek is a veteran market researcher with a deep knowledge of the Arab market and holds an MBA (1993) and a BBA (1990) from the American University of Beirut. He speaks Arabic, English and French fluently. Tarek is currently the ESOMAR Representative for Lebanon.

Vinay Ahuja

Vinay Ahuja is Associate Director for Consumer & Market Knowledge at Procter & Gamble. With over 18 years experience in the industry, he has lived and worked in India, China, Belgium and Switzerland and is currently located in Dubai with responsibility for Consumer & Market Knowledge for the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan regions. A prolific reader, Vinay is fascinated by the subject of how knowledge can be turned into influence.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Please note, however, that the status of the replacement delegate (member/non-member) may affect the original fee charged. Cancellations must be received by ESOMAR in writing or you will be considered a No Show (no refund given). All refund claims must be received within 5 working days after the event has been held. The cancellation charges will apply irrespective of whether the registration fees have been paid or not.
