She has almost 20 years of legal experience, specializing in privacy and advertising/marketing law for the last 13 years of her career. Immediately prior to joining SSI, Quirk was Privacy and Data Protection Counsel for MasterCard responsible for ensuring legal compliance with applicable privacy laws in connection with MasterCard's global marketing initiatives.
Quirk earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University.
