Sven Arn is Managing Director and Partner at Happy Thinking People. He has been with the company since 1991, and became Managing Director in 1997. His focus is on international and cross-cultural research, with a specific expertise in insight development, positioning, and brand strategy.

Tom is a Managing Partner at InSites Consulting (one of the world's most innovative marketing consultancy and consumer research firms) where he is responsible for innovation and advising global brands (examples of which include IKEA, Heineken etc.). Healso teaches as a Professor at different business schools in Europe, and is on the board of several (industry) organisations.

François Pétavy is the CEO of eÿeka, a global leader in creative crowdsourcing. eÿeka connects the dots between François’ passions and experiences in marketing, technology and content across the last 20 years. Before joining eÿeka early in 2008, François was in charge of developing new business models with the goal of growing eBay in France. He started his career as a Producer at Ubi Soft (a leading video game publisher), then brought leading brands to the Internet within digital agency AGENCY.COM. François graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Jon Puleston is VP of Innovation at Lightspeed Research, a Kantar business, where he heads an international team specialising in research methodology innovation.
Over the past decade, he and his team have conducted extensive research on exploring new and better ways to conduct research. They have won multiple awards for their ground-breaking work in the areas of research gamification and prediction science, spanning the fields of consumer, advertising, business and political research.

Barbara Wilmot is a business consultant and trainer with over 20 years' experience in the market research and professional services sectors. Her work encompasses marketing and communications, business and account development, plus research. As a French and Italian speaker, Barbara is sensitive to the cultural issues and needs of non-native as well as native speakers of English, who all need to communicate effectively today with ever diversifying audiences in an international business environment.
