Christa joined GMO Research in 2018, a full-service market research company who offers an online research solution platform providing access to over 33 million consumer panels across 15 APAC markets, with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. In her current position, Christa oversees Business Development and Operations for the North American region. Christa is passionate about connecting people and ideas to solve problems and create solutions. She has demonstrated her abilities within the technology, retail, advertising and now market research sectors. She is excited about bringing solutions for conducting effective and successful research projects in Asia. GMO Research (GMOR) is a full-service market research agency based out of Tokyo, Japan. The US team which she manages has remote offices on the East, Midwest and West coasts. GMOR has developed a proprietary network of consumer, healthcare and B2B panels across 14 countries in Asia, with the largest being in Japan with over 5 million members followed by China, Korea, Indonesia, and other APAC countries. The reach of GMOR panel is the most common way in which GMOR engages with the global market research market. ESOMAR Regional Ambassador for North America
Reg Baker is North American Regional Ambassador for ESOMAR, the global voice of the data, research and insights community. He also serves as a consultant to ESOMAR's Professional Standards Committee. Previous to his work with ESOMAR he was Executive Director of the Marketing Research Institute International (MRII), a not-for-profit organization that delivers online market research education programs through a unique partnership with the University of Georgia. Prior to his retirement from full-time work in 2012, Reg was President and Chief Operating Office of Market Strategies International, a US-based custom research and analytics company. Before joining Market Strategies in 1995, he served as Vice President of Research Services for NORC at the University of Chicago. Throughout his career he has focused on the methodological and operational implications of new data technologies. He writes and presents on these and related topics to diverse national and international audiences and blogs off and on as @thesurveygeek.

International Director
Understanding the consumer to develop the business has been the main focus of Joaquim's career. He has worked in various functions along the value chain in the market research industry; end-client, agency, and service provider.
Joaquim currently works as a service provider of online data collection, leading the international business of Netquest in Europe and Asia. This has allowed him to set up a new international business division from scratch and get to know different market research realities across the continents.
Within Spain, Joaquim's roles as an "end client" have been: Marketing and Purchase Director at Auchan Supermarkets, Merchandising Director for Carrefour Supermarkets and Marketing Manager for AECOC, the FMCG Spanish institution for retailers, manufacturers and service providers. On the Market Research Agency side, I have worked for six years as a Retail Director for TNS (Kantar) Worldpanel and Synovate.

Brienne (Breezy) Coates is a Global CMI Project and Knowledge Manager at Mars Wrigley. She is also a founder and a meditation instructor at Chicago Yoga. After 7 years working simultaneously in corporate marketing and health & wellness, Brienne has a very unique approach to digital marketing.
Breezy is trailblazing the culture of Global Knowledge Management at Mars Wrigley Confectionery. Mike Cooke is Chairman of ESOMAR's Legal Affairs Committee. He has spent his working life in Market Research, in both large agencies and in startups. He was Vice Chairman of ESOMAR and of the British Market Research Society. He has written many publications and won a number of major awards from ESOMAR and the MRS.

John Crockett is the Vice President, Strategy and Innovation with Environics Research. John works with clients who are seeking answers to complex business problems that often require leveraging both primary survey research and broader market intelligence. He has developed deep subject matter expertise in the areas of customer experience measurement, segmentation, and brand health. Over the past 15 years he has helped clients in public transit, telecommunications, and financial services evaluate and improve their service offerings.

Fiona Fu is based in London, working as Business Development Director at GMO Research, Inc., an online research solution platform based in Asia Pacific. Fiona previously worked in the luxury retail industry for 7 year, closely engaged with Market Research and conducted consumer trend analysis. Global Lead - Insights Transformation
Michelle Gansle is Global Lead Insights Transformation at Mars Confectionery company. Prior to living in Chicago, Michelle had the opportunity to live and work in Europe for 4 years. Michelle has 20 years of experience in Marketing, Market Research & Business Development, mostly focused in consumer-packaged goods industry. In her free time, Michelle loves music, travelling the world, and checking out new restaurants.
Associate Director - Global Insights, Cat Studio
As Associate Director of the Consumer Insights Center of Expertise at The Clorox Company, Kristen is responsible for establishing best practices in consumer research, exploring new approaches to exploration and analysis, and driving innovation for the insights function. She serves as an internal consultant to her Global Insights colleagues, leads training and workshops, and works across brands to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Global Business Insight Director
Richard is responsible for the development of global insight at Europanel working with international consumer datasets and with Europanel's academic partners. He also acts as a consultant with many of Europanel's major international clients on a wide range of topics. He has worked in FMCG market research for over 45 years and has extensive experience within consumer panels, custom research and retail panels. For over 30 years he has worked internationally with many of the main FMCG global manufacturers and has been instrumental in setting up and running international Europanel projects on Brand Growth (BG20), Innovation, Private Label and Discounters.

Dr. Jill Kushner Bishop is Founder & CEO of Multilingual Connections, a global language solutions company that supports international research for market research & design firms, corporate in-house teams, universities, and nonprofits. Jill brought her PhD in linguistic anthropology to the corporate world, where she worked as a UX researcher and then oversaw the implementation of language and culture programs for 130 Chipotle Mexican Grill locations. In 2005, she launched Multilingual Connections to help organizations understand, engage, and grow their multilingual audience. When she's not working, she's spending time with her husband and teen son, renovating houses, and trying to make her garden grow.

Elizabeth P. Morgan is a co-founder of Market Logic and Chief Marketing Officer. She is a serial entrepreneur and passionate advocate for insight-driven marketing processes to achieve true customer centricity. Prior to Market Logic, Elizabeth was group vice president of marketing at VPI Systems, and a communications infrastructure consultant with organizations including APEC and the World Bank. In the early stages of her career, Elizabeth developed consumer brands in entertainment and communications sectors. When she isn't working, Elizabeth spends her time exploring conceptual artwork in Berlin.
Qualitative Research Consultant
Oana Popa Rengle has a lifelong passion for qualitative research, with 17 years of experience. Since 2017 she is consulting independently on qualitative research and strategic insight integration into business.
In addition to being a research practitioner, she is also a certified Idea Generation and Creative Problem Solving processes facilitator, and a psychotherapist practicing Systemic Family Therapy.

Jon Puleston is VP of Innovation of the Lightspeed Research a Kantar business, where he heads an international team specialising in research methodology innovation. Over the past decade he and his team have conducted extensive research on research exploring new and better ways to conduct research. They have won multiple awards for their ground breaking work in the areas of research gamification and prediction science, spanning the fields of consumer, advertising, business and political research.

Finn Raben is a "third culture child" who was born in the Far East and grew up in Europe and the Middle East. He went to university in the Netherlands and Ireland, is an Honours graduate in Languages, with Post-Graduate degrees in Business Administration & Marketing Management and speaks four languages fluently.
He has spent most of his working career in Market Research, and prior to joining ESOMAR, had worked at Millward Brown IMS in Dublin, AC Nielsen, TNS and most recently at Synovate.
Finn is a passionate fan and advocate for the research community in all its guises - analytics, research, insight and consultancy - and works very closely with the ESOMAR Council to ensure our Society is "fit for purpose" for both the current, and next, generation of researchers.....#IAMAPROUDMARKETRESEARCHER
