Managing Partner
Chris is the Managing Partner of Cimigo Ltd and Managing Director of Cido Ltd in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to founding Cimigo, Chris was the Managing Director of NFO International, NFO WorldGroup - Hong Kong, and previously, the General Manager of Market Behaviour Limited (MBL) Hong Kong. He has been based in Hong Kong for more than twenty years. His key areas of focus are high end financial services research with select brands throughout the region, as well as the travel and tourism sector, where he has consulted for a diverse range of clients ranging from airlines, to hotels/resorts and casinos, and tour operators across Asia and the Middle East.
Global Business Insight Director
Richard is responsible for the development of global insight at Europanel working with international consumer datasets and with Europanel's academic partners. He also acts as a consultant with many of Europanel’s major international clients on a wide range of topics. He has worked in FMCG market research for over 45 years and has extensive experience within consumer panels, custom research and retail panels. For over 30 years he has worked internationally with many of the main FMCG global manufacturers and has been instrumental in setting up and running international Europanel projects on Brand Growth (BG20), Innovation, Private Label and Discounters.
Richard has an Economics degree from the London School of Economics. He is British and based in the UK.

Liong Chee Meng has joined GMOR on 16 Nov 2017, as the Business Development Director at GMO Research's Singapore office (headquarters in Tokyo, Japan).
Chee Meng has a long history in the Market Research industry since 2008, handling domestic sales and research analyst roles. In 2011, he moved to a team lead / key client account manager / analyst role in Asia Pacific region. In 2016, he was the head of an analytics joint venture between two social enterprises in Singapore.
Senior Advocacy & Standards Programmes Coordinator
Bianca is ESOMAR's Senior Advocacy and Standards Programmes Coordinator, working to represent the data analytics and insights sector present in more than 130 countries. Bianca is a certified Data Protection Officer and leads the ESOMAR Plus umbrella of services, designed to guide members with designing and implementing their data protection and privacy frameworks. Bianca holds a Masters in International Law and Globalisation from Maastricht University and has previously worked for a variety of non-profit organisations, including for the United Nations.

Osh leads a team of researchers and data scientists to further strengthen the business in the areas of customer loyalty, brand equity and communications, and to serve MetLife customers with products and services that are relevant and meaningful in this age of longevity. Prior to MetLife, he led the marketing science team at Facebook Japan, responsible for establishing rigorous frameworks to measure what really mattered to their business. In his spare time, he enjoys tie-dyeing, baking and travelling.
Vice President CMI, Research Innovation, Media and Shopper Insights
Vijay did his graduation in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He started his career at ORG-MARG (now a part of Nielsen) in India in 1996 and joined Unilever in India in 2000. He has, in the last 15 years, at Unilever worked across several categories including Ice creams, Beverages, Oral care and Laundry. He has worked across India, Indonesia, Singapore and the UK in several roles. He is currently the Vice President CMI for Research Innovation, Media and Shopper Insights at Unilever and is based in London. Vijay is married and has twin boys. He runs marathons as a hobby

Kim L. Smouter Umans is ESOMAR's Head of Public Affairs and Professional Standards, having joined ESOMAR in 2012. He heads a small team of professional standards and public affairs experts championing the value of market, opinion and social research and data analytics. He also works to promote the interests of over 6,000 professionals and 600+ companies working in the field of market, opinion and social research and data analytics, leading ESOMAR's advocacy efforts on major policy dossiers including the General Data Protection Regulation and the ePrivacy Regulation. He has strengthened ESOMAR's positioning in the digital fields and prior to working for ESOMAR, Kim served a stint as Secretary General of the European Network of National Civil Society Associations. As its first Secretary General, Kim laid the foundations for securing its role and its future as one of Europe's leading bodies defending the interests of the non-profit sector by bringing together over 20 national civil society infrastructure platforms. He has also served in various policy roles working for the North East England Office in Brussels and in the European Parliament working in the fields of social policy, education, and employment. He holds a Masters degree in European Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and is a graduate of the University of Maastricht.

Lynn is Managing Director of Kantar China, Insight Division. She is responsible in driving business growth with developing Kantar proprietary solutions. Senior executive with extensive and in-depth knowledge of APAC region, particular in consumer centric business. Her research experience spans Australia, New Zealand, US and China., also covers a wide range of important industries such as Automotive, FMCG, luxury, Finance etc. Lynn loves exploring the human mind to uncover the magic that makes brands and services relevant and exciting to consumers. Her primary expertise is in translating consumer insight and competitive intelligence into business results. Prior to KANTAR, she was vice president for managing Nielsen Qualitative Practice Greater China region and Emerging business.
