Diego has been in the international market research business for 20 years. Diego has founded and still fully manages Fine Research, the largest independent MR data collection network in Latin America with offices in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Uruguay. His agency focuses in consumer, healthcare and b2b fielding. Created in 2008, Fine Panel, the first and largest medical panel in LatAm, with over 60,000 active panel members in the main 6 countries in the region.

Senior Advocacy & Standards Programmes Coordinator
Bianca is ESOMAR's Senior Advocacy and Standards Programmes Coordinator, working to represent the data analytics and insights sector present in more than 130 countries. Bianca is a certified Data Protection Officer and leads the ESOMAR Plus umbrella of services, designed to guide members with designing and implementing their data protection and privacy frameworks. Bianca holds a Masters in International Law and Globalisation from Maastricht University and has previously worked for a variety of non-profit organisations, including for the United Nations.
Senior Creative Producer
As Senior Creative Producer, Alfonso is responsible for managing, designing and implementing global, regional and local event-experiences and multifaceted projects for ESOMAR. Projects may include product launches, PR customization for key markets and brand strategy. Instilling creativity and boosting innovation across ESOMAR products and services is at his core.
Head of Public Affairs & Professional Standards
Kim L. Smouter Umans is ESOMAR's Head of Public Affairs and Professional Standards, having joined ESOMAR in 2012. He heads a small team of professional standards and public affairs experts championing the value of market, opinion and social research and data analytics. He also works to promote the interests of over 6,000 professionals and 600+ companies working in the field of market, opinion and social research and data analytics, leading ESOMAR's advocacy efforts on major policy dossiers including the General Data Protection Regulation and the ePrivacy Regulation. He has strengthened ESOMAR's positioning in the digital fields and prior to working for ESOMAR, Kim served a stint as Secretary General of the European Network of National Civil Society Associations. As its first Secretary General, Kim laid the foundations for securing its role and its future as one of Europe's leading bodies defending the interests of the non-profit sector by bringing together over 20 national civil society infrastructure platforms. He has also served in various policy roles working for the North East England Office in Brussels and in the European Parliament working in the fields of social policy, education, and employment. He holds a Masters degree in European Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and is a graduate of the University of Maastricht.

MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communication and market research. She taught (for ten years) Market Research in post-graduate programs at Universidad del Pacífico and other local universities. Speaker at national and international events such as ESOMAR, TalkIN, IIeX, CIIM, among others.
