Lynn loves exploring the human mind to uncover the magic that makes brands and services relevant and exciting to consumers. Her primary expertise is in translating consumer insight and competitive intelligence into business results. Prior to KTNS, she was vice president for managing Nielsen Qualitative Practice Greater China region and Emerging business.

Vandana Chamaria is a passionate marketing and people leader with 16+ years of leading growth focused marketing assignments across a deliberate mix of diverse categories ranging from Technology to Hospitality to FMCG to Healthcare to Automobiles, working with large & small teams across B2C & B2B marketing. This diversity is what enriches her marketing prowess and helps her deliver extraordinary results.
Presently, she is the Head of Business Marketing for Google India. Prior to joining the tech leader her career has seen her working for Hero Motocorp, the world's largest two wheeler manufacturer, Yum Restaurants for iconic brands Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Ranbaxy Laboratories (now Sun Pharmaceuticals) and Dumex (now Danone).
She has won many internal and external awards and recognitions for her work. In 2014, she was inducted into the Innovation Hall of Fame for Yum and was awarded the "CEO's Award" by Greg Creed, Global CEO Yum Brands.
In her spare time she likes mentoring start-ups to support them scale their business. She is a very passionate amateur chef and has participated in Masterchef India 2014 and made it to the top 100 contestants in the north zone. As an avid traveller she loves backpacking holidays to explore the world.

Siew Hoong Chan is Regional Asia Lead, Consumer Insights and Market Research (CIMR), Flavor Division at Takasago International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.. She has over 25 years of experience in market research - on the agency and client-side - spanning Asia and the U.S.. She graduated with an MBA from the CSU, Chico, California, U.S.A. and with a. B.B.A. from the National University of Singapore.

Honnus serves as a mentor for she1K, the world's first corporate executive angel syndicate with 80% female representation that funds early stage startups. Prior to this, she was the Regional Finance Director, Asia for Yahoo. She also served as the CFO in Asia and General Manager in China for Travelzoo. Honnus was the Founding Start up team for both Yahoo and Travelzoo (NASDAQ:TZOO) and she led the growth of Asia footprint and heavily involved in M&A, including one global signature deal with Alibaba for Yahoo.

David is a passionate consultant. He has provided consulting excellence in consumer insight and data driven marketing across China, Australia and Japan for more than 20 years. He has experience at both in-house and agency side and during his career's early stage, he worked in Panasonic, 3M and British American Tobacco for various sales, marketing and research roles.
He started his agency consultant role 15 years ago in Australia. Over the past 10 years at Ipsos China, he leads team to provide integrated marketing research and data analysis solutions for more than 100 clients, specialized in innovation, market entry and consumer understanding. David is also an active trainer and insight observer. Every year he conducts dozens of trainings and workshops for clients and Ipsos staff. His publication includes: "F&B trends in China" (2016, 2017), "Young Mother Trends in China" (2018), "F&B Category Pack Trend Observation" (2019), "China Low Tier City Mother Trend Observation 2019", "Artificial Meat in China" (2020).
David owns MBA degree from University of New South Wales, Australia and is trilingual in English, Mandarin and Japanese.

She is also an advisor to the World Economic Forum for their project on Future of Consumption in Fast Growth Consumer Markets - India.
Shelley has over 19 years' of experience in marketing and communication strategy, retail and shopper as well as innovation. She has worked across industries such as alcoholic beverages, automotive and CPG.
A communications specialist, Shelley's interest areas range from Consumer Psychology and Behavioral Sciences on the one hand to Sociology, Anthropology and Neuroscience on the other hand.
Shelley is fascinated by the workings of the human mind and has delved extensively into Motivational Research, Emotion and Applied Neuroscience in order to equip herself not only as a cutting edge consumer behavior specialist but also as a marketer par excellence.
Her current areas of work include Cultural Marketing wherein an amalgamation of cultural insights and consumer behavior are used to drive brand strategy. Her work in this area forms the foundation for driving communication and content strategy for Diageo.
An avid traveler, Shelley seeks to augment her knowledge about human cultures the world over through her extensive travels. She also likes to experiment with cuisines from around the world and believes that she is a chef in the making.

Earned bachelor and master degree in Solid-state Physics and Biophysics in Iran respectively, and got PhD in experimental Cellular Neuroscience from Waseda university, Japan. PhD achievement was development of a Two-photon microscopy for Neural ensemble imaging and finding their connectivity.Then joined to Riken Institute as a post-doctoral research and did computational Neuroscience for analyzing large scale networks.
Finally, started working in Centan as a senior researcher in Neuro-marketing field and involved in international project design and management.
