Women in Research (WIRe), a networking and mentoring non-profit organisation for women in the market research industry has formed an alliance with ESOMAR, the World Association for Social, Opinion and Market Research.

The new relationship will encourage the exchange of information, ideas and innovation between the two communities.

Having thousands of members around the globe, for WIRe members aligning with ESOMAR, the leading global research association is a natural fit.

Both groups will benefit from the partnership by exchanging insights and industry content as well by gaining inside access to online interactive platforms.

ESOMAR’s Director General, Finn Raben said: “One of our core goals at ESOMAR is to advance and elevate market research worldwide. In 2016, one of the ways that we will accomplish this is by aligning with other groups that hold the same mission, and WIRe definitively is one of those.”

With the highly engaged base of members and a global reach, WIRe represents an influential segment of our industry.
