Head/Manager - Supply Integration

WiseWorks is a privately held company servicing the marketing research industry. We have built our
reputation over the years as a leading digital data collection provider, powering market research insights
and enabling companies to more effectively reach the world’s consumers and business professionals. Our
goal is to simplify the process of data collection and bring a human touch to the sample business. We have
our own proprietary panel covering 25 countries with both Consumer and B2B reach.

We are looking for an experienced Online Supply Integration Department Lead. As head of online supply, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing relationships and monitoring overall supply strategy and work with leadership to maximize efficiency and continuously plan for newer supply sources. Working within a supply and demand business model, Head/Manager - Supply Integration is a relationship specialist for our valued Supply Partners as they integrate their sample operations with our technology suite.

 Main duties and responsibilities:

 ·         Plan and implement overall online supply model for WiseWorks with specific on adding new suppliers, who can provide unique source and audience

·         Collaborate with sales and operations to identify key requirements areas

·         Simultaneously own and manage multiple relationships and technology implementations

·         Build solid partnerships with online traffic sources/ affiliates

·         Train other members in supply team

·         Work with finance in managing supplier accounts, working on best cost model ensuring profitability

·         Forge strong relationships with partners for long term contracts

·         Actively work with technology team and integrate suppliers with best suitable technological route

·         Become an expert in WiseWorks Technology Suite including API integrations & Publisher connect tools

·         Drive the product roadmap by gathering and escalating feedback to Product Manager

·         Collaborate with, and support internal and external stakeholders

Requirements and qualification:

·         5+ years of industry experience (Market Research, Advertising, Online Affiliate)

·         Strong knowledge of customer/partner success and customer support experience

·         Bonus points: Social Selling experience, a strong LinkedIn and digital profile and an understanding of solution selling methodologies

·         Self-motivated, self-managed & proactive person

·         Owning responsibilities (rather than tasks) and committed to hold yourself accountable to the highest standards

·         Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

·         Great interpersonal and communication skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Market Research is a plus


·         Work from our Toronto or New York office, or your home office (must be in US or Canada).
