Job Description

The Senior Director of Sales is the face of WiseWorks in the market. They have a full understanding and
belief in the WiseWorks value proposition. They are creative, enthusiastic, self-driven, confident, forwardthinking,
well-written, analytical, resourceful and strategic. They will interface directly with our clients on a
daily basis. You will be mainly responsible for prospecting, bringing in new clients, and working closely with
existing clients. We are focused on delighting our customers and that needs to be reflected in everything
you do. Your day can move from a sales meeting in the morning, to problem solving a project in the
afternoon, wrapping up the day with a client dinner.

Position Requirements

We are experiencing significant growth and need to find people who want to grow with us. Our customers
are market research firms that require high levels of customer service, including problem solving, proactive
communication, successful internal resource management and most importantly honesty and integrity. We are looking for top performers that win in any type of market condition. Market research experience
An ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree or higher, 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in
the online sample market, a proven track record of exceeding quotas or goals, and exceptional
interpersonal skills.

Work from our Toronto or New York office, or your home office (must be in US or Canada). Some travel
around the year. Required in order to open up new business, visit existing clients, and attend a few
conferences per year.
