What You Will Do… • Work as an internal consultant to the research teams to create client-focused solutions via advanced analytics and statistical methods which include advising during questionnaire development, complex sampling plans, and the final reporting process. • Assist team with questionnaire and data analysis plan development • Determine the appropriate analytical approaches and execute in-depth analyses such as regression, factor, correspondence, TURF and CHAID • Perform data scans to check programming logic and data collection • Use data integrity measures to assess quality of participant responses • Prepare data for crosstabulation as well as advanced analytics • Analyze syndicated and custom survey data via SPSS and MS Excel to determine the “why” behind the results and assist in preparing the story • Participate in developing company best-practices and educating team members on relevant quantitative topics • Able to be self-critical and put forward best effort at all time • Analysts report to a Strategist and work closely with team members, partners, and clients and are key players in the total project What’s In Your Toolbox… • 4-8 years professional work experience, preferably in the market research industry • BA or BS degree, preferably in psychology, sociology, statistics, communications, or marketing • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Demonstrate an understanding of research design fundamentals • Comfortable using and writing SPSS syntax • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with people at all levels of an organization • Proven ability to work on multiple projects at once without losing focus on details • True command of the MS Office Suite, with an expertise in Excel • Comfort with programming language a plus Sound Like You?
